Swedish second tier is about the level of Swiss and German top domestic leagues. In other words its on a level comparable with with Europes 5th or 6th best leagues. At least from what has been estimated in the last 15 years or so. Swedish second league is also a very uneven league. Apart from the 6-7 teams, the rest of the league is below 5th or 6th and is maybe on a level of 7th or 8th best leages in Europe.
