Yeah it's mine. It's the web design business that I'll be starting up soon.
Design reinforces the important aspect of design in producing web pages (often forgotten). 31 because: It's the major highway running through the area, and because it's my age next birthday (Monday week). Stretches of the US31 running through urban areas which are bypassed are called 'Business 31'. Hence Design 31.
