I'm pretty sure you can get a ticket to both of the games from the arena. Even if it's Jokerit's first home game of the season. But I'd advice you to go early, one hour before the game to be sure.
You can also buy your tickets in advance to the both of the games from Lippupiste. Their number is 0600 900 900, from 7 am to 22 pm, if you want to reserve them. They have an office both at Stockmann and Sokos in the centrum of Helsinki.
