There was absolutely nothing worth of Game misconduct in that check. One could think that JJ would have learned to keep his head up after being played over 1000 games in NHL. Eric Lindros sure learned that lesson from Stevens.
Jagr just ducked and was not aware in the situation. Rudy kept his hands low, did not crosschek, did not jump and it was not even a charging. I wonder who in the czech team might even theoretically be a threat to Rudy - or do they plan to go after Selanne and Koivu ? If so, then I'm quite sure, that Jagr would not be the only czech to be a pray instead of a predator.
