It says its the national team jersey.
Made by Nike to the same quality as the Russia, Finland, Sweden jerseys etc. So I guess it's the real deal.

I didn't know the polar bear was significant enough to be on the national crest of norway. But I guess it's logo of the norwegian ice hockey federation.
