European players can be drafted to the OHL. The OHL just did a stupid thing by lowering the draft age to 15. Also Don (rascist idiot) Cherry says his Mississauga Ice DOgs will not have any Europeans on his team. European players are now not allowed to play tier II hockey or junior B, C, and D. They are also not allowed to play in any leagues other than the OHL. Grandfather rule is in effect.
