'Players from European Elite Teams
Players from European Elite teams should have played in at least 75% of that team's competitive games that they were available for selection, within the last complete season prior to the start date of the relevant current domestic season.'
Whos' to check on that and what sources are being used by the governemnt to check how many games the player has played?
