The GB situation is as follows:
Canadian players between 18-30 (not sure) - can apply for a work visa, as a commonwealth holiday worker. If the players can obtain this, they are legally allowed to play in GB. This is a big blow for many of the American players, who still are under the "old" rulings of ECHL / 75%.

So a lot of the guys in the league are mostly Canadians, some all without ECHL experience. As far as Dundee's goalie choice, they have really gotten a really underrated goalie, that will definately prove that he can cut the level.

I think it's a good thing, that the rulings of commonwealth have opened up. This means that many of the less funded teams, can now if they do their background checks get players from the lower rankings. But a lot of players in the minors below are also hidden talents...

Gonna be an exciting year in GB, if you ask me!
