The Canadian game has its charm. It used to be long time ago, very brutal and violence was seen as part of a entertainment venue. I dont like what I have watched. Since then the Canadian game has improved. I think it has to do with influences from European hockey tradition. Canada has to large extent copying our training methods and adopt much of our playing styles. I would like you to be enough humble to admit that for a change.
Canadian national teams still strive to dirupt the other teams when they are in trouble, insted of trying to play better.
I really do think Canada is the holy motherland of the game. And its amazing you have 550.000 registred players and 2 500 rinks. That means the sport is etched into the soul of the countrys entire culture. You cannot find this anywere else in the hockey world.
