I think it's impossible to compare junior and senior levels.
I think Denmark is ahead of UHL level and the Dutch teams can play somewhat comeptitive in the UHL.
Then again, the smaller rink, different styles etc. make comparing very hard.
Take a look at the rosters and the imports that are in the league. See their history and then try to make a comparison.
