Also be aware that some countries, for example Great Britain, have a minimum experience level above what you will have in order to qualify for a work permit (Great Britain requires a minimum of 75% games in a league at ECHL, IHL or NHL in the previous season). If you don't have a dual passport with another EU-member country, you're not getting to play, regardless of how good you are.
