in EEHL there is champs for youth --> 1980 to 1989. birth year there play LAT, UKR, Belarus teams. In latvia is regional champ in LAT wth about ten member teams.
about UKR realy dont know, but must be. guess UKR national teem is strong, isnt it. any special questions?
