Youth Hockey programs in Italy

My family and I are moving to Milan, Italy. My 14 year old son plays AAA hockey back in Ottawa, Canada. Can anyone help me out with youth hockey programs in Milan. Will he be able to continue playing hockey at a reasonably competitive level. By the time the 2007-08 season starts he will be 15.
