Norway sends Denmark to the Relegation round
Jakobsen scored 5-4 in over-time.
Denmark was in the lead against Norway three times but the northern neighbour managed to come back and win the important World Championship game 5-4 in over-time.
Norway qualified for the next stage while Denmark will have to play the Relegation round.
Damgaard trying to stop Spets
Alexander Sundberg, Jesper Damgaard and Morten Green scored the first three Danish goals but all three times Norway got back and tied it by Patrick Thoresen, Anders Bastiansen and Tore Vikingstad.
At 44:51 Norway took the lead for the first time when Mats Zuccarello Aasen beat Patrick Galbraith but one and a half minute later Daniel Nielsen tied the game at 4.
At 1:11 of the over-time Norway’s captain Tommy Jakobsen scored the game-winner.
