Another win for the Russian bear
Latvia still not sure of a place in the quarter finals after losing to Russia
They started a bit shaky but after scoring three goals in the first four minutes of the second period Russia took full control of the game and won 6-1.
Anton Kuryanov and Oleg Tverdovsky scored two goals each but Aleksandr Frolov's goal was the nicest of the day.
Both teams now have played all their games of the qualifying round, Russia will win the group while Latvia has to hope that Switzerland won't beat USA to reach the quarter finals.
