Strength Coach Needs Advice

I am an American Strength and Conditioning Coach wanting to work with a DEL team. Is this a realistic possibility? What do import asst. coaches make in the DEL? I have heard that most teams provide an apartment and car. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
