Hi Francis, All teams in the danish 1 division is amatuer teams, some with a few semi-pro players. There is a big big difference between the 1 division and the danish oddest ligaen, which is the best leaugue in Denmark. An example of this is that the winner of the danish 1 div, never wants to be promoted, beacuse of the big gap in level and economi.
I would watch out for the team called Aarhus Elitehockey, they did not play this season in the 1 div. due to finicial problems and cancelation of all their player contracts.
